Spellbinders – Artomology Collection by Jane Davenport with How-To Video
Hello everyone! This is Mayline and I am honoured to be guest designer for the Jane Davenport Artomology collection. This collection is incredibly beautiful and pretty. So I truly enjoyed. Today I am sharing three cards with you. Let’s take a look at my first card! Here is my first card:
To start off, I stamped a sentiment and girls image from Friendship Clear stamp set using Squid Ink Cave Black on 4 1/4 by 5 1/2″ A2 300g watercolour paper. I coloured images using watercolour paints and set aside.
Next, I stamped flower images from Poppy Girl Clear Stamps set with Squid Ink Cave Black ink on another watercolour paper. I then fussy cut the images. After that, I adhered the flowers using 3D foam tape to the panel and cut out unnecessary part.
Here is my second card.
To start off, I created a background using a blending technique with Squid Ink Blue Marlin on A2 sized some white cardstock. Next, I stamped a girl image from Hair Lines Clear Stamps using Squid Ink Cave Black on the panel and then I stamped a narwhal and unicorn image from Relaxed Narwhal Clear Stamp and Unicorn Sparkle Clear Stamp using a masking technique.
I coloured them using Smooth Markers – Feathered Friends (EGG, FLOCK, HATCHLING, CREST, WING) and Mermesmerizing(DODO, PARAKEET, MOUNTAIN GEM). After that, I stamped circles and start image from Mad Confetti Clear Stamps and Unicorn Sparkle Clear Stamp using Squid Ink Gold Bullion. Next, I blended another some white cardstock using Squid Ink Mermaid Eyes and then I stamped a sentiment from Mad Confetti Clear Stamps on the blended paper. Lastly, I fussy cut it and attached the sentiment to the panel.
