Chibitronics Collaboration with The Ton Blog Hop

For today’s my card I used Chibitronics Chibi Lights LED Circuit Stickers STEM Starter Kit which contains:
- Learning Activity Book
- 12 LED Stickers
- 2 coin cell batteries
- 2 binder clips
- 1 roll of copper tape
Here is my card for the Chibitronics Collaboration with The Ton Blog Hop.
Let’s take a look at how to make this card! To start off, I stamped the shelves from Shoe Wardrobe Outline stamp set in Noir ink on 4 1/4 by 5 1/2 A2 some white cardstock. And then I stamped the fabulous shoes from Shoe Wardrobe Outline stamp set and Shoe Wardrobe 2d. Ed. Outline stamp set with Noir ink on the shelves. And I created a light effect using a masking technique and a blending technique with The Ton’s Beach Blondie Dye ink. The sentiment I used Graceful Rose stamp set and Timeless Icons Sentiment stamp set.
Next using Chibitronics products, I placed a circuit so when I push the battery, the LED light in and out! The picture is terrible but it gives you an idea. There are several guides on the chibitronics website teaching you how to design the circuit. I used Circuit Stickers Tutorial 2: Parallel Circuit.
After I started work on the shaker portion. I created a frame for my shaker using a blending technique with The Ton’s Couture Color Soft Garnet Dye inks on some another white cardstock. I then used rectangle dies. Next I filled it with a variety of sequins, including Glass Slipper, Medallion Gold, Don’t Wait on Me Fuchsia Sparkling Clear, Sittin’ Pretty Pink, and Mini Stars Dark Pink, Holo Gold, Gold Star Confetti. After filling up my shaker, I adhered everything together.
I really enjoyed making and love this interactive card!!!
