Card Making Inspiration WITH CTMH

Hello crafty friend! Happy Monday!! I hope you had a great weekend.  Today I am exited to share cards that I made for Close To My Heart .  OK! Let’s take a look at my first card.

 

Do you need some Halloween card ideas? Hopefully it will help you have a Halloween card idea. I created two Halloween cards. For my first card that I used Purr-Fect Halloween stamp set (P.44 Seasonal Expressions 2 May–August 2016) which is the Stamp of the Month (available only Augst 1 – 31, 2016) Sorry..it’s already finished. If someone has this stamp set or similar stamp set please try it.

Let’s take a look at how to make this card! To start off, I stamped a cat image from Purr-Fect Halloween stamp set on usinga Exclusive Black Inks pad on a 4 1/4 by 5 1/2 A2 CTMH’s white daisy cardstock. After that I used Zig Clean Real Brush markers for coloring and then I fussy cut it and set aside. Next, I stamped eyes images and a sentiment in white pigment ink onto the black cardstock as you can see from an image above. Lastly, I taped the cat image down on the center of paper.

 

Here is another Halloween card. The cat image stamp has divided into two parts: Body and Eyes as you can see from an image below. So you can create different faces. Look at their face that I created! So cute!!!

 

To start off, I applied the violet dye inks using an ink blending tool on a 4 1/4 by 5 1/2 A2 CTMH’s white daisy cardstock. Next I stamped cat images using a masking technique. And then I stamped hats, a mask and a bow tie in Exclusive Black Inks pad on another white cardstock. Then I colored them using Zig Clean Real Brush markers.  After that  I fussy cut them and I taped them down on the cats images. Lastly I stamped a sentiment in black ink. That’s it 🙂 OK! Let’s move on next card!!

 

Here is my third card for today. It’s very summery card! I used Lovely Garden stamp set (P.11 Seasonal Expressions 2 May–August 2016), Carnival Fun stamp set and coordinate die “Carnival Fun”(P.21 Seasonal Expressions 2 May–August 2016).

First I stamped a girl image in black ink and ice cream & ice cream cone in few pastel ton color inks onto white cardstock. And then I fussy cut the girl image and then I used coordinate die “Carnival Fun” to cut out the ice cream and ice cream cone. Next I applied light blue sky pigment ink using an ink blending tool on a 4 1/4 by 5 1/2 A2 CTMH’s white daisy cardstock. And then I adhered all images to the cardstock. After that I stamped a sentiment from Carnival Fun stamp set in black ink beside of the cone. I applied some Wink of Stella to finish off the card.

 

Here is my last card using Carnival Fun stamp set. I made an awnings using popcorn boxes! Isn’t it fun? I used Carnival Fun stamp set (P.21 Seasonal Expressions 2 May–August 2016) and Bitty Birthday stamp set (P. 12 Seasonal Expressions 2 May–August 2016). Look at yummy hotdog images!
