Concord&9th-Guest Designer
Hello Crafty friends 😀
I’m thrilled and delighted to share my card as a Guest Designer over at Concord & 9th. Do you know Concord & 9th released new products on February 9th? This release has 2 new stamp sets and 2 new die sets! If you are interested in newly released products click HERE.
Today, I am sharing two cards that I made for Concord & 9th and a how-to video. Here is my cards for today. I love the way it turned out! You can make it easily with stamps using No-Line Coloring method with watercolor paint.
Here is my first card. I used Wildflower and Beautiful Words stamp set. The Beautiful Words stamp set can build sentiments around the word BEAUTIFUL. Some examples are: be your own kind of BEAUTIFUL, it’s a BEAUTIFUL life, it’s a BEAUTIFUL day to have a BEAUTIFUL day and so on. It’s awesome!!! I love it very much. For the Wildflower stamp set, the line is very thin so it’s a perfect stamp for the no-line coloring technique. I stamped images in a light color ink on watercolor paper and then chose the colors I wanted to use. After that I started to color images using watercolor paint. Here is a short video showing you how I made this card.
Supplies that I used:
- WILDFLOWER stamp set from Concord & 9th
- BEAUTIFUL WORDS stamp set from Concord & 9th
- Holbein(HWC) watercolor
- Distress Ink – Scattered Straw from Ranger
- #10 LEONARD Pinceau aquarelle petit-gris pur 16RO brush
- #1 loew-cornell 7050 script brush
- Winsor&Newton Cotman #4 Round brush
Here is my second card for today. I used same technique.
I hope you enjoyed today’s card. Thanks for stopping by,
